The Lash Bar requires 24-hour notice prior to any cancellation or rescheduling an appointment. Cancelling or reschedule within 4 hours of your appointment will be considered a no-show and those fees will apply. Failure to give 24-hour notice will result in 100 %of the scheduled service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. 8-Min Late Policy Right to Refuse service VIP Membership Policy: All VIP membership purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Memberships may not be shared with or transferred to another client. As stated in our policy, no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 100% service fee. Service Policy: All services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns, please reach out within 48 hours so we can help. Lash & Brow Service Guarantee: We stand by our work! If you have any concerns with your lash or brow service, let us know within 72 hours—we’ll make it right with a 100% free fix. No Refund Policy All payments for services and VIP memberships paid in full are non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to, lash services, beauty treatments, and any prepaid membership packages.
